Please carefully read the sections below, which detail Abundant Life Health &
Fitness's business practices and policies.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

In order for us to effectively use our time, we ask that clients give trainers a
minimum 12-hour notice when canceling an appointment. This means a
cancellation should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled
appointment time. Appointments with a trainer canceled inside of 12 hours of
the scheduled appointment will be billed at the normal rate of a single session
to the client, or clients (in the case of a semi-private session).

Clients are allowed one "short-notice" cancellation, per quarter.  Subsequent
short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session.  The free short-
notice cancellation only applies if Abundant Life Health & Fitness is notified
prior to the session start time.  No-shows are not eligible for the free
cancellation.

As your personal trainer, if I am unable to keep an appointment with you for
any reason, and unable to give you at least 12 hours’ notice, you will receive
a free personal training session.
TARDINESS
Please be on time for your session. Due to scheduling constraints, if you are
late, the session must still finish on time.
LIABILITY

BILLING

Abundant Life Health and Fitness trainers work on a scheduled appointment
basis. Clients are billed on a pre-pay basis. Bills are issued directly to a client
by a trainer and are due upon receipt, in advance of the training sessions.
Currently, we accept cash and personal checks.

REFUNDS
Abundant Life Health & Fitness strives to provide the best possible service to
our clients. We will be happy to issue you a refund for services not performed
under any of the following circumstances:
1.        The client relocates to another city where an ALHF trainer is
unavailable.
2.        A client’s unexpected medical condition makes it impossible to work
with a trainer. In this case, a physician’s written notification is required.

If you have paid in advance for sessions and services, you will be refunded
those fees if the above criteria have been satisfied.
RETURNED CHECKS
Checks returned by your financial institution due to insufficient funds are
subject to a $30.00 surcharge and termination of services.
